Ingenico move 5000
Once a move 5000 has been paired via the API or merchant portal you will need to enter the IP address and port number into the terminal.
An example port binding is displayed below in the merchant portal terminals page:
Your move 5000 should be similar in appearance to the image below:
Grey key to enter menus.
Red key cancels the procedure in process.
Yellow key cancels the last character.
Green key confirms inputs and menu selections.
Pairing with ECR
Press green key to turn device on
Press grey key to view Application Menu and select Supervisor menu
Enter supervisor code using keypad and press green key
Scroll down and select Terminal Mode
From the Terminal Mode menu select ECR
Enter the ECR IP for your terminal and press the green key
Enter the ECR port for your terminal and press the green key
The screen should display a "Connection Successful" message and the merchant portal or API should return "Connected" as the terminal status.
